St. John the Baptist Chess Program

The St. John the Baptist Elementary Chess Program is open to any student in grades 2nd-8th who already know how to play chess. Students will receive strategic chess instruction in a fun, welcoming environment and will benefit from the program for years to come.

   Program Details:

• Classes taught by a coach from Elite Chess

• Classes meet every Monday from 3/2 - 5/4 (No class 3/30 & 4/6)

• Classes run from 3:00 - 4:00 pm in Room 203 (Art Room)

• Students will receive a chess program t-shirt

• Program capacity is 20 students

• Program fee: $112 (8 classes plus t-shirt)​​​
